1. Who we are

AgentListKeep is operated by Chad Clatterbuck. AgentListKeep is a web-based, AI-assisted work tool for real estate professionals. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to agentlistkeep@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, sign-in credentials, and the profile details you choose to enter.
• Listing and property information — the property details, listing history, and related records you add to the app.
• REALTOR-supplied notes and context — the notes, messages, and background you paste in or type so AgentListKeep can prepare drafts.
• Property feedback — showing and open house feedback you record.
• Saved work and activity history — drafts you save and the record of actions and workflow runs in your account.
• Support and feedback messages — what you send us so we can respond and improve the product.
• Subscription and payment-related information — handled through our payment provider (see section 6).
• Technical and usage information reasonably necessary to operate and troubleshoot the service, such as error events and basic request/device information.

We use this information to provide and operate AgentListKeep, keep your account secure, respond to you, and improve the product.

3. Analytics

Visitor analytics are enabled for AgentListKeep through our hosting platform. This collects aggregate website and application usage information, which may include visitor counts, page views, visit duration, traffic source, device type, country, and general feature or usage interaction information.

We do not use advertising tracking, behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking, or individual cross-visit profiling.

4. AI processing

AgentListKeep uses AI service providers to generate the drafts and summaries you ask for. When you run a workflow, the property information, feedback, and context needed for that request may be sent to those providers so the requested output can be produced. We do not make claims about those providers' internal practices beyond what they publish; we use them only to deliver the functions you request.

5. How we share information

• Service providers — hosting, database, AI generation, email delivery, and error monitoring providers that operate on our behalf.
• Paddle — for subscription and payment processing (see section 6).
• Legal — where required by law or to protect legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record where applicable. Payment card details are collected and handled by Paddle; AgentListKeep does not store complete payment card information. See our Refund Policy.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate AgentListKeep, maintain account and listing continuity, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it as appropriate. You may contact us at agentlistkeep@gmail.com regarding account closure or deletion requests.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including account-level and database access controls designed so that one user cannot reach another user's records, and limited administrative access. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices

You can review and update much of your information directly in the app, and you can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email agentlistkeep@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and keep the app working, along with the analytics described in section 3. We do not use advertising cookies.
